Sewer Payments
Information
Sewer invoices are typically mailed by the 30th of each month and are due by the 22nd of the following month. There is a $10.00 late fee added after the 22nd. After three months of non-payment of your sewer invoice, a lien will be issued on the property and an additional $320.00 will be added to the account. After four months of non-payment of your sewer invoice, the property will be eligible for Sheriff Sale and an additional $790.00 will be added to the account.
